Michael Fysentzou is a key manager at Krispy Flats KG. He has worked with Kristina Plamadyala since the company's inception and was involved in shaping the brand from its conception stage. In 2023, Kristina and Michael jointly came up with the name Krispy Flats, while Michael developed the company's logo and corporate identity, establishing the brand's visual identity, which still reflects the company's values today: quality, aesthetics, and attention to detail. Michael has in-depth knowledge of all the properties managed by Krispy Flats KG, from both a technical and functional perspective. He is responsible for the technical acceptance and inspection of each property, manages planning, zoning, interior design, and furnishings, oversees renovations, furniture procurement, and assembly, and personally organizes tenant move-ins. He personally knows each tenant of the company's properties and is the primary contact for all ongoing matters. At least twice a year, Mikhail conducts comprehensive technical inspections of all managed properties, prepares detailed photo reports for clients, and ensures the stable technical condition of the properties. In addition to operational management of the properties, Mikhail is responsible for maintaining the company's website and preparing Exposés and marketing announcements for properties listed for sale, ensuring their professional presentation and visual appeal.
